We all saw that they added some mp3 files with one of the recent patches, mostly Justin Durban and few other things as well. My question is: would it be worth it if cRPG devs collected appropriate music (medieval, orchestral, game/movie soundtracks from medieval/historical movies & games, etc, everything that fits for Medieval Combat without Death Metal Crap, etc) from people with huge collections of it (like myself
) ? I mean yes, all of it would need to be actually downloaded like these few mp3 files into the Music folder which would rise in size and eat some disk space but do you think people would actually listen to this music if there would be like tons of it so its not repetitive at all ? There is literally thousands of quality music themes that would fit cRPG perfectly but this would be quite a big "project", the question is simple: would it be worth the trouble ?
Oh and would there be any problems with the law if these files were used ? They could be renamed or something ?
Edit: just as i was typing this i listened to cRPG Music and that ambushed track reminds me of Neverwinter Nights (or some other game, i know for a fact that i have it somewhere) music so i recon using old games soundtracks shouldn't be a problem.
