And if you do unban him and he messes it up again then he's had his chance. I see the banning as a cooling off period, and by now he's ice-cold
So please find it in your hearts to unban him as everyone deserves a second chance
He had like 5 bans to adjust himself to the rules. But instead he comes raging on the IRC-chan, demanding special threatment and that the rules doesnt apply to him.
To play the game, you need to agree to follow the rules (you dont have to like em, and you can start discussions in the forum about em). As Angryscotsman have clearly stated that he does not agree to follow the rules, and showed it ingame, he will not have the priviliege to play this free to play and free to purchase mod.

Sure, but as it is my ban, Im the one who can change it. Excluding me from this discussion is as helpful as to try to talk to random people on the street who have never heard of c-rpg. They cant help you.
