Eh, apart from the insult, I agree with the content.

The staves relied quite a lot on polestagger, especially quarter staff. Slightly more damage to them and maybe slightly higher price to compensate would make them a little more useable again.

Really? Oh. I mustn't have paid attention then while playing my polearm guy(s), never really been too fussed about game mechanics and character optimization.

Anyway, they do seem a little meh at times and I think it wouldn't hurt if they were buffed a bit.

Katana was fine but ninjas wear less armor so they buffed. Staffmen use a lot less armor than ninjas.

No, it's a very good 1 slot weapon. Used +3 QS as dedicated lancer and it's incredibly fast and also have knockdown. Iron Staff could maybe use a slight buff since it's two slots, but not the QS.

i think staff dmg & speed is fine, what they need is better range, like +25 at least.  No reason why a warspear, designed for thrusting, should be out-ranging a blunted staff on its side swings

Personally I think Staff and Quarter Staff are good at the moment.

Iron Staff could use either +1 speed or +1 to both damages.

Or to become one slot as well. It's buff to ranged and cav a bit but nothing gamebreaking.
