a 2h double sided throwing battleaxe 1 ammo 7ps like the throwing lance make as long as the 2h maul would be perfect  :twisted:

So the new response to ranged ragers is not "get a shield", it is "learn to chamber ranged nub!"

anyway, have you any stats so we can judge it?

(I would really love the idea but we need to have stats awesome balanced k?)

Not me, I survived a +2 throwing lance from a guy with 8PS in my 18str red shirt.

As for OP, I thought it would be incredibly stupid, but for 3 slots, I guess those stats could work, especially since it requires 7PT. It'd need a lot less weight and probably be a tad slower though [difficulty would be all PT]

Throwing lance is 1 slot, axes are 2slot, so how about 35 cut when used as 2hander, and 2 slots. The high weight is good, keep ppl from carrying 2 too often, or maybe Unsheatheable (who carries a sheath for a double headed axe?)


TBH tho, since Dead Island was released I have been in favour of ALL melee weapons being throwable. Not accurate or ranged, EG: with no throwing wpf or PT, throwing your greatsword at a kiting archer is probably gonna fail cause it falls 2 metres away, but it would be nice, especially if you have a 1handed sword, archer runs off, fling it at him: if it hits him, hes hurt, but you have no sword, so it wouldnt be OP.

heirloomed heavy 1h axe is 48c, no reason why a 2h axe that weights x2 doesnt do 55c.  Still less than a jarid would do to people in heavy armor.

no cause with the sats u posted i would rather use a thrower build and have that then be a 2hander and use normal 2 handers. That thing should have 35c at most. PLUS its not realistic to throw a gigantic axe very far. A lance I can see being thrown(like a javalin style) A GIANT AXE? no I mean you could probably throw it effectively.......5 feet

i dont see the realism in a full plate crutch being as fast as some other builds i 60lbs of steel straped to you ass  and you see some just flying across the map soo/...... idk about argument of being real on crpg since most things in crpg are not accurate to their medieval counterparts..............
