STF caracter to lvl 20?

Can we have a STF character only for lvl 20
I really like the server and I see no point why you should give respect again and again only to play on this server.
server will be populated by those who want to lvl up and those who want to play just because they like the server

TBH it is extremely nice being able to have fun with some odd random builds and not get ganked by gay kuyak DGS bitches and destrier lancers and shit like that.

Once the noobs leave the server they end up in EU_1 and are killed there, so does it really mater?

I like server 5, make my 6 STR chars without being ridden over by armoured horses, the riders of which can neither lance me nor slash me, since I have a right mousebutton and am aware, but theres only so many horses you can dodge, and since eu1 has over nine thousand my old friends abusing the fact that upkeep is a joke to ride armoured shit with their heavy armour and top tier weapons.

the only difference between Eu1 and Eu5 is  the +32 agi builds, trains that look like horses and archers with very good accuracy
I recommend for beginners to play more on the EU5 to learn the game faster
