From what I've heard, there's 0 ping bug which happens sometimes.

This is different. Player name is Jeezah. She always has 0 ping. Is that the same bug or this player actually lives next to EU1 server?

His name was something else. We saw the same player a couple of days having 0 ping. He told us he hosts the game from his home.

You've seen one? I have seen 3 or 4 of them zero ping players at the same time in same server. Imo it's fishy so I think I took screenshots :D.

I really hope (for him) it's not an exploit, because the only thing it would achieve is add delay to certain actions (engine compensates for low ping). :D

It's a ping masker. I'm not sure why you'd care to do it in cRPG, but it was pretty prevalent in Counter Strike back in the day.
