End of Round Cheering?

First - let me say that I don't care whether people are able to attack each other after the round ends or not.  But it seemed with the last patch that the devs were trying to change how that whole situation works.

When the patch first came out, both teams stopped and just cheered at the end of the round.  This made attacking anyone after the round ended almost impossible, for both sides.  It was weird that the losing team cheered but it served its purpose if the intent was to stop end of round attacks.

Now, the loser of the round no longer cheers, only the winning side.  Therefore, the losing side has time to take free shots on the winners - consolation prize?

Again, don't really care how it ends up - but just curious what the INTENT of the devs is with this situation.

Because your KDR on the Siege server will be ruined, and it will affect the stats on your character page, and will just generally cause you to have a bad day.

I know what that means: Everyone will throw away its weapons at end of round and runs around randomly and uncontrollable for sure.
