Running speed on hills

I try not to fight on hills but it is hard to avoid. The problem is that movement speed is the same whether I move up or down. Feels like walking in quicksand.

Is it possible to let you run down a hill faster then when you run up a hill?

Why should you be damaged for running down a hill?

Running down a steep hill? Good idea...NOT.
If anything, on steep hills you should be moving UP faster than down.

Hmm it's generally faster to go down then it is to go up.
Try running up this, then running down. See what takes you longer ^^

What i meant was:

Yeah, try to RUN down that hill. If you carry about 10 kg of equipement, youre most likely gonna be dmged: you will fall or something...

What, are you saying you don't want to see tin cans falling flat on their faces and struggling to get back up?

Ye, i want. But wait, is it even possible to code that chance of falling down while running down the hill depends on weight?

No need to get complicated.
All I suggested is a slight speed bonus when you are running down hill.

If that works, then maybe falling/sliding down mountains to your doom can be added later

Well it shouldn't be sprinting speed. But it shouldn't be walking speed either.

Being on top of a hill is supposed to give a big advantage. Not just in ranged but in melee as well. That advantage is insignificant the way it works now. Why not add something that will give the guys on higher grounds a greater advantage?
