Transferring items between characters

it says that you cant trade from a STF- Character to an other character but it also says between New characters and other alts but what makes a new character a new character? is it level bound or what?

New character: created less than 3 days ago or level lower than 15.

Regular items are not transferable from new and skip the fun characters to others.

That's not fair... I transfered from my main to my STF alt (xbower) roughly 15 items, including arbalest, xbow, nordic champion's sword, steel bolts and what now? I can not send them back to my main? Those items are worth at least 60 k and if I'll respec my stf into something other than crossbower they will be useless for me. Maybe there could be an option to send regular items from stf to others under the condittion that you have stored at least 10 k on stf char. In that way it will be impossible to earn money thanks to stf. Or maybe just remove initial 10 k for stf chars.

On a side note, I'm just trying to point out the problem, personally I can live with current solution.

I have the same problem, I noticed it a bit too late, allthough I don't have nearly as much as you on my STF i'd suggest a time bound trade, if you trade an item to your STF character you can trade it back again in 7 days, ónly from STF Character to other characters, not the other way! Others are free2trade!

I'm assuming this is a recent change?  if not I think it's to prevent people making STF's and alts, and transferring their starting equipment to their main and selling it.

so you cant transfer regular items from your stf, but heirloomed are transferable ?
I wanna make sure that i get my heirloomed items back to my main.
