@christo the black armour looks pretty much identicle to what you posted, just different colours. if people are gona make models for crpg theres plenty of cultures with no or little representation.

Not really, the "Black Armour" isn't just a breastplate, it's a tad more complicated.

Also who the hell said that Conquistadors don't belong to the late medieval period? Give me a break.

They where the ones who explored america and stuff founding colonies in their way with firearms in their hands. Hence their names "conquerors". That's not medieval for sure. The fact that you think a certain type of armor is cool doesn't mean it should be in the game. Or we can just forget about the 'medieval mod' idea, since the game already has a bunch of non medieval items anyway. We might as well have more and put crpg back in the grave.

Fucking fan boys.

 :?

So, the fact that you think conquistador armor looks cool means it should be in game? You could start making sence any minute now.

Quote me please where I said it has to be in only because "it looks cool"

You should start making sense now, because right now.. you are not.

You said I defeated my own argument, that means you agreed with my assumption that you think the conquistador breastplate should be in game because it looks cool to your eyes.

You used my proposal of the 'fan boy' line of thought as an argument, and then you asked me where did you post such a thing, when what you clearly did was quote me. I just wanted to make sure that's really what you mean.

Get it?

So screw medieval times, I see. Maybe we should also have firearms and more samurai stuff, just because we already have stuff like that.

It's the little things that limit this mod's life span. Crpg is losing its soul to fanboyism.
I need to make this clear.

Yeah because Looney Toons Axe and Ladders stairways to heaven as well as Boulder on a stick was realistic and fit the medieval LARP roleplaying?

SMH it was FUN. (KEYWORD: -> FUN <- ). It's actually thanks to you and your views that those got removed alongside other reasons and hell i wouldn't be surprised if that's the reason so many quit.

Now stop trying to ruin it even more.

Nice arguments. I didn't mention those things at all.

A lot of people here play for the roleplay element. Technological and chronological instability isn't fun it just makes crpg lose authenticity.

Is it too much to assume that most players enjoy stability and reasonable realism?
