How much does WPF increase DAMAGE?

As we know if you use weapon with 1 wpf its slow
And if you use the same weapon with like 150 wpf its not only way faster, but also bring much more damage.

So what is actually damage bonus by WPF?
If each PS increase damage to 8% so each WPF does too, of course with lower %

So what is that %?

AFAIK 100 effective wpf gives nearly same bonus to damage as one Power Strike point.

I thought with 100 WPF you have the actual damage of the weapon, with less you do less damage than stated on the weapons stats.
The logic of war seems to be that if a belligerent can fight he will fight.

15% per 100 WPF, assuming no changes from native.

So if so a STF 200+ WPF build would be like 4 PS approximately? Really? And then add 1 PS and you got basically 5 PS right? Find that hard to believe.

If you mean the swinging speed it doesn't. Swinging speed seems to not matter considering that slow weapons like mauls (what's that monster maul called again?) don't have a damage reduction because of this. I think it would be a bit difficult to make a formular calculating it since you're calculating the angular frequency.

But again moving speed and turning moment do influence the damage.

From the Game Mechanics Mega Thread

- 10 wpf is equal to 1.5% damage. You have a 15% damage penalty at 0 wpf compared to base weapon damage. At 100 wpf there is no penalty or bonus to damage.

So 200 wpf = 15% damage bonus

So approx 3 PS at a 12 WM 200+ WPF char with 1 PS as well. Sounds stupid to go pure WPF builds then.

Roughly 55-60ish wpf is = to 1 PS.

Using numbers with the longspear, having 6 PS and 163 wpf hits HARDER than 7 PS and 111wpf.
