So, I saw that there was plans to change the Multi system, and I agree completely. Teamplay is fairly limited, and trying to coordinate anything with your team besides a huge rape blob causes the team to split, which is never good when the other team is in the blob formation. The multi system as it is right now is built to reward teamwork, which barely happens at all outside clan Ventrillos and Teamspeaks.
This results in patchy x5, which really boils down to luck. In most cases, it boils down to if you happen to be on the right team.
I suggest the following:
Every round you get an additional .2 multi.
Valor will grant an additional .2 multi, as will winning the round.
Hopefully this idea will allow for a balance between rewarding team play and time spent playing. Right now I don't know if these numbers should be changed, if multis will be gained too fast or too slowly.
