Custom Banners for Clans.

As the Subject says i'm not sure if this is possible or not, but if it is i am willing to make Custom banners for Clans for a certain amount of cRPG gold, I have experience in Graphic Design and the banner can be the way you want it to be.

Though i would need to know a few things:

#1 If this is possible or not.

#2 If i'm allowed to do this

#3 The exact pixel size of the banner.
