Nerfing - Buffing? A newbie's perspective!

Hello all, a guy who is rather terrible at blocking but good at fainting here? Ironic. Never the less, as I am new and saw many threads like NERF THIS OR THAT in this game or other game here is a simple explanation which speaks the truth and because of this which I will get to in a moment I think people should let the dev team handle the nerfs.

[ARCHER]
Alright. Do you like being hit&run by a enemy archer? No?
Does it bother you when your teammate is doing that to the enemy? Hm?
**
Do you just hate when you are fighting and a archer hits you and stuns you just enough so the enemy can kill you? No?
You like when you archer hits the enemy, stuning him and basically giving you a free hit/kill? Hm?
**
Are you aware that less-more archers are the "un-heard" heroes who stun your enemy here and there allowing you to do the above told?
Do you know how much time I remember hiting a person with the arrow, securing a kill for my teammate or shoting with a bolt getting him to like 10% HP and basically allowing my teammate to "spit" on him to kill him? You know how annoying is that?
**
The above told can be used for cavalary, xbow any class. So please when you answer the above questions you will see how ridicilous nerf threads are. Let the dev team handle that. They have no profit in making this mod a bad experience for you, do they now?
I hope this will bring only POSITIVE thoughts to your mind, I am in no way supporting ARCHERS and spitting on all who are yelling NERF, I am merely pointing out some facts.
P.S. After you reply, do recommend what should I build? :D Im a meeeh blocker, good feinter, prefer melee. Do tell a build, prolly gonna need some heavy armor and nice IF due to not the best blocking skills but then again I don't want to be like super slow :)
Again, hope this only brings POSITIVE thoughts to you!

I like the people with tactical nukes to be in my team.

The same way I like archers in my team. They are fine there. I just don't like them in the other team.

Noone likes to get shot. The damage from the arrows is inversely proportional to the accuracy of bows + amount of arrows, and we still get the worst scores in game.

Most sensible post I've ever read on this forum.

And for the build, go for shielder and learn footwork first :)

You can put some skills points in throwing if you like that :

Level 30 (4 420 577 xp)

    Strength: 15
    Agility: 21

    Skills to attributes: 2

    Ironflesh: 3
    Power Strike: 5
    Shield: 7
    Athletics: 7
    Weapon Master: 7

    One Handed: 165

Lul typos...

Anyways, these questions are irrelevant. An archer shot me, stunning me and letting his/her teammate finish me off... oh no! An archer shot his/her teammate, or a teammate archer shot the enemy, and I was able to kill that enemy from the stun... yay! It doesn't matter if it works for you or against you; it doesn't make something not OP or OP. When it's working with me, it may make me happy, but that still doesn't mean I don't think it's an OP class. If a teammate or enemy thrower hit an enemy, and I was able to kill the enemy as a result, that will make me happy, but it doesn't change my opinion of throwing being OP. This applies to the first set of questions also. Do you get it?

And, yes, it's annoying to shoot someone many times and for another to just "spit" on them and kill them. Nerf and buff threads are not stupid and irrelevant; they offer the community's opinions on gameplay that was made FOR the community.

I'm sorry to derail, but I must.   Do you really think throwing is OP?  Have you tried throwing? Because I find my thrower to be very balanced because the higher throwing weapons are almost random in where they will go.  Perhaps I am just terrible but in my experience they ( throwing spears, lances, heavy axes) lack constancy so much that you , the person throwing them more or less has to use the force to get them where you want them.

Now I'm not saying there are not people that are freaks with throwing (frugfrug comes to mind) but my general experience has been one of almost roulette style  attacks.   But on the whole I find archery to be annoying throwin to be unfortunate and everything else is just myself not playing as well as i should have.

I truly am interested on other's takes on the above.

I've been pretty accurate with my heavy throwing axes with my dedicated thrower/engineer.  I love how ANGRY people get when you hit them with a throwing axe from 20 feet away.  They'll chase you the whole game, which is what the 8 ath is for.  8-)

That's gonna be hard for beginner, real hard. I'd recommend 21/15. Much safer bet and sturdier for a beginner.

I think what's missing here is your friendly teammates trying to help you against someone you can easily beat and instead misses completely to hit your side, securing a kill for a much less skilled enemy.

I find a 21/18 build is pretty durable and hard hitting to be pleasing.  While still remaining fleet of  foot so to speak.
