@topic: I think its good to have a server for the scum.It works like ghettos in rl: Keeps the criminals and douchebags out of the nicer parts of town, for the most of time

And no, this isn't newb friendly server. News will be confused when they first time get on EU4 and realize that their teammate won't attack an enemy. He'll probably quit the game.

Same rules do apply. I rarely see anyone breaking the official rules on EU4. You've just got some made up 'Leshma rules of combat' which you want everyone to stick to.

Isn't it called picking your fights? Number one rule of combat, don't pick a fight you can't win, why fight those "multiple enemies". Generally a fight you're outnumbered in, is one you don't win. Keep in mind I said generally, there is some exceptions obviously.

It's 2 vs 2 situation, enemy melee and me fighting, enemy archer and my teammate archer all on the same hill not to far away from each other. My archer who was actively fighting till then stops shooting, same does enemy archer. They hug for few seconds and teamamte archer goes in a corner and watch.  Enemy archer keeps shooting at me while I'm fighting an enemy.

That can happen to anyone "new" on that server. That isn't server for new guys, that's "friends & family" server. Only problem is that is actually official server.

These guys can make their own server if they want to keep with that kind of douchebaggery.
