[BAN] Count_Gonreipu_KoS

Few seconds ago, this battle has ended.
The enemy was unarmed, we were equipped.
When we first met, Count_Gonreipu_KoS dropped one of his two polearms, and, because the attacker had NA ping, he was able to kill us several times. (We have EU Ping)
Count_Gonreipu_KoS didn´t even tried to fight the enemy, every time the enemy was near him, he was just fisting the air o0
But ironically, the enemy wasn´t even trying to attack him.

I sadly have no screens, but Mondogo, who fought with me can confirm this... like the spectators.

Hope this guy will get banned....

Well, It´s rather easy...
My team was eqipped with Heraldic Mails... it´s kinda impossible to fist someone with this equipment. (Think admins can check this in logs)
Also, the KD of Count_Gonreipu_KoS is 0:0 while Mondogo and me were dying several times. There was no teamkill in the beginning (logs)

Accepting people should never be discouraged. When you are accepted you're supposed to follow the battle plan as it's another guys troops/equipment. Fucking him over is not ok and people have been banned before because of it. Doesn't matter if it's AI or players.

Letting him fight back. Yes. But not fighting him when he fights back is wrong.

He applied for Side A to help Side B win. This is nothing that should be done. And it should really be punished. When you go to a Strategus-Battle, you are not playing your own char anymore. You are playing one Soldier of the Army of the team you applied for.

This is griefing. Griefing is bannable.

Well, in this timeframe, people didn't have problems with shitty NA pings and their clashes weren't chambered with fists by agi whores

I really want this guy banned, but sadly it seems that admins don't really care about requests in the "global"-section

Ignoring the enemy and not-helping his teammates is against the rules. Even on the Siege-Servers and when you're in the same clan. People got banned for less.

On the other hand a permaban would be too much. The admins will find the right punishment.
