No, the game is pretty much back on track as many of the 02/02 bugs were fixed and the base designs are really better. Playing any kind of vehicule is still a huge pain in the ass though.

I've considered getting back into it, I put a lot of money into buying cool stuff for my guy. I played it as my main game when it came out for like 2 months straight and burnt myself out badly.

I just had the most amazing kill of my game time;

We were defending Dahaka AMP station, seriously outnumbered and losing.
Reaver pilot hovering in the same spot around like he knows he's safe up there and nothing can hurt him.

I noticed this, and decided to make a bold action while we're losing anyway, why not?
Playing as light assault, I estimated my jetpack length and distance, then headed to the airpad quickly, he was still in the same spot shooting rockets inside A.

Then I went up and landed right on top of his aircraft, dropped a c4 charge on it, stayed on the craft for about 10-15 seconds, then I jumped off and pushed the button.  :lol:

After that I fell to the claws of the enemy, but it was glorious.

This was my inspiration to pick up the class, especially 2:28.

I'm so happy I actually reproduced this without dying.  :mrgreen:

Been playing LA since beta, its the way forward.

The carbines are brilliant at mid-range and the shoguns dominate at close range, eithernway its fucking boss.

Anybody else purchased the alpha squad package back in beta ? They increased the xp and resource bonus to +50% and extended it for another 6 months starting from the day you activate the new boost.

    · Squad leaders should now be properly added to the Command Chat voice channel
    · Squad leaders that belong to a platoon should now be able to promote a member of their squad to the role of squad leader.
    · Fixed an issue where changing an outfit member’s rank would not always work on the first attempt

That's goddamn expensive for a weapon I would only use with the class I play the least. Except if those babies are way better than shotguns in CQB, which I doubt.

Trialed the TR SMG for 30 minutes, you're basically fucked at mid+ range, not bad for CQC, bit more range than shotties.
