Can someone please explain to me the Banner issue?

I have a group of friends/enthusiasts that play crpg, only a couple of looms, some dont retire, etc. [no hardcore crpg]

We aren't a clan per se, but we use the same banner

When we connect to a server, first we are somewhat scattered between the two factions at first round, after the round ends we all are in the same faction

What must we do to assure that we end up in the same side?
