BTW, it looks like my equip was supplied (auto-supplied?) with some peasant gear and even short bows and arrows! And, most importantly, 20 stones. Let's stone the aggressors to death! 
So, as of now, I have peasant armors, 1handers, 2handers, and polearms for my whole army!
I guess, the attacking army also got those supplies though.
