Clan system

Idea is simple,
make clan system similar to that from strat, where you will gain Tag and Banner after some of Head members will accept your application.
We can add there private clan forum where only members can look into or anything else what can be usefull for clan and comunity.

Banner balance will be switched witch clan balance so there will be no more problems with massive multi clan siege attack or  witch randomers killing balance by using bner of clan that is wining atm.

Every randomer will be able to use any banner but that will not help him to balance with clan that have the same banner

Its only idea and i love to see your opinion and things what you like to change.

hehe.. I don't think banners would count anymore for the balancer. At least not for the ones in a clan.
