Allow weapons racks in Duel server

Don't know if it's possible but it takes me about 10min to build one by respawning and so far 3 have been destroyed by griefing shit heads.

Last time I spawned on duel server in an area at ruins closed off by siege shields. I proceeded to hack my way out as it was the only thing I could do, whilst listening to the siege shield builders go mad. I was like... life hits you hard bro

That guys a nob, but going out of your way to cross the map and smash a catapult a couple of guys are practicing with is just mindless trolling at its most pointless.

You know how it interact with construction sites and construction materials, not to mention throwing lance spam (say 30 projectiles in short duration of time in crucial place to destroy shields/kill people ?

Why break stuff unless it is necessary? Duel servs are an ideal place to practice for strat.
