I always smiled   Taking offense to that sort of thing is usually indicative of one's own desire to claim those things.

Lighten up and show some forgiveness towards humanity, Allers.  You don't have to love spook like a brother like I do, but dear lord, you're in for a treat in this lifetime if you carry that attitude.  I know the internet is a place for tough guys, but when you meet people outside of a game you learn something about the world and about people - every facet of human interest suddenly becomes understandable, if not appropriate.
