Okay, since none has signed up, deadline for posting your initial line-up will be this monday, if this doesnt get going by then, this event will have to be shutdown due to apparent lack of interest.

I've already asked Zotte about a SCA team, since we all have problems forming a team :x

I would merge Austria and Swizz with Germany because we all speak the same language and if they need to be merge, it would allow them to participate too.

Or just merge Austria with Swizz or 2 of 3 together.

I think that Denmark has enough players while Norway,Sweden and Finland may get enough players to play but even though, they need some people to fill the gaps if anyone is missing.

I would suggest to merge :

Sweden + Norway  or    Sweden + Finland  or   Norway + Finland

Germany + Austria or  Germany + Swizz   or   Austria + Swizz  ( If Swizz or Austrian need to be merged, I think so )

UK    or     UK + Irland

Latvia + Estonia for sure

Belgium + Netherlands ( if they need to be merged )

France : Vive la france, nuff said.

Turkey has enoug people, Cicero said he could form 3x 16 rosters

Russia and America, both have a worse ping than central europe but I think that they will have to adjust, they have a huge choice for players

This mods language has always been English, and everyone understands a few words, and many still dont know chadz understands German.

The Germans have all advantages anyway, but thats not the point.

Merging should be allowed for those that cant get enough players, so that they can participate, but not to make a large pool of players even larger.

Zotte (or whoever is in charge) you should organize a bit better, so that people know what teams will participate, who is the captain, where to apply, ........

I think almost everything is better than a "tournament" with only two teams (Germany and UK), or no tournament at all......................

Another option of course would be to simply merge in alphabetical order. Sweden and Spain would be in a team,

Poland and Portugal

Netherlands and Norway

and so on

Most teams that I know of have had at least 20+ players show up for trainings, the provisionary France team has alrdy played a friendly with Belgium, the reason no one has submitted lists yet is because we: Don't know the final ruleset, don't know when the cup actually starts, so any lists given might as well be fictional. I understand why you had to yet again butt in and provide a worthless opinion without the knowledge of any facts whatsoever though, that's just your M.O.
