Error message, What should i do?

Every time when I join a server I got this error message :"Unable to find material ui_gadgets_add_nodepth". And i think this is why my crossair is look like three white rectangulars in a triangle. What should i do?

Try redownloading warband? or try playing a warband game and see if it launches
