Let me sum this up as best as I can...

I returned from THE BAHS at around 2 am yesterday morning and decided to play some CRPG. I had had a few drinks, so i wasnt playing my best, or judging the situation as well as I would have had I been sober. Xeen and I have always talked a bit of smack, and I never thought it to be hostile, just fun natured smack talk. Anyways xeen started to get irritated and began saying things like "level 34 bundle of stickss are basically leeching and ruining my game" and "you've been shitting on my team for weeks". Excuse me, but I didnt know that there was a performance requirement to play CRPG.  Sometimes I dont care about getting the best KDR, and I'm not about to take a breathalyser test before playing either. We continued talking shit to each other for a bit, and then towards the end of a round, i TW xeen. One hit with my poleaxe, and he didnt even die. Next thing i know, muki is in the server, and im instantly banned for 7 days... doesnt this seem a bit excessive?? When i hit xeen i didnt even think that  he would take it that heavily, i thought he might laugh even.

When i first got banned, I figured it was for 12 hours, or 24 hours. I honestly wasnt even going to write an unban thread, I was just gonna ignore crpg for the day, and come back and play the next.
 
The other reason I wanted to make this thread, is because I feel like Muki is abusing his/her power quite a bit. I mean 7 days, for a TW that he/she didnt even witness... A TW that i didnt think these assholes would make a federal case out of... 1 TW, not a TK, It's not like I am a repeat offender here, so I dont see why the penalty is so harsh.

Here is an example of a case a player had a screenshot of being TW twice by the same player. Another player is reporting him for leeching earlier in the day. Muki gave a mere warning, and he/she was in the server during the whole thing. Had this been a KUTT player being TW, instead of spookisland, I'm sure a week long ban would have been slapped on with no further a due. http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,32034.0.html

Anyways, I'm not denying that I broke any rules, because I did TW xeen. I just think that this punishment is a bit intense for the petty crime that i have committed. I'd be much appreciative to get many an admins' opinion on this matter as possible.

I looked into the logs and what Tanken + Xeen sent me  you were requesting to be banned, all I did was forward your request.

I hit him twice on accident, because I was playing like a sloppy asshole, which I was. Then wolfgang said "why you hurt me aldog?" just messing around... I don't think wolfgang was actually upset. Now noone told me about this all I got was logs and complains. Ill wait intill I get a confirm with what you quoted before I get the unban going.


The log with wolfgang is from the server log since I had to download it, I can't tell if your trying to grief him or it was joke. text doesn't really tell what going on in the battlefield too well.

The ban request spook posted is the one I think your referring to?
Did not have access to the logs at the time, and Smooth has already handle the request.

The 7 Day ban was due to the done to the complains I got on irc/steam/ts about you griefing and since your a more experience player with the system I would expect you to know the rules (and don't forget the encounter we had on NA2), plus your attitude to being ban even asking to be banned is not really a norm I see in the community.

Muki, my apologies for accusing you of "putting my quotes in random order". When i was about to reply, on the bottom of the screen it had flipped all of my post around backwards, and I thought it was you quoting me.

As for our encounter on NA 2, you kicked me and i never even broke a rule... Frank_the_tank was placing C sites and blocking pathways which I am damn sure is illegal. When I asked why you kicked me, you replied that i was "griefing frank". I stated that I would continue destroying c sites that were placed in improper places, and that if you felt the need to ban me, you could go right ahead.

As for the two hits on wolfgang, they were complete accidents, and I am  almost sure that he would attest to that. I was playing very poorly (I was fucking tanked), and the only INTENTIONAL TW was the one on xeen, which i ddint think he would get all worked up about.

Also, my attitude towards being banned is only so abrasive, because I think that you only banned me for a week because i was griefing one of the leaders of the clan you are in. Who honestly bans a person like me for a fucking weeks?? I am usually the anit-troll, though I do like to rile xeen up a bit, i thought it was all in fun. I am usually one of the first people there to help a new player or an old player who isnt as knowledgeable about one subject or another as myself.

i don't have the quote from tanken, as it was via steam chat, and I shut my computer off a few times since then. However I am about to enter the KUTT  TS, and see if we can kiss and make up (you guys are catching, I'm pitching).

I think you are a a great player, and generally well natured, and I hope there are no hard feelings between us. However i will continue to make verbal snipes at you when you kite like that.
