I flip burgers at one of those road side hamburger places owned by a greek family who owns a bunch of other restaurants. I was working at their one in the downtown area in "fine dining" but the other guy and I were about to murder each other so one night I [literally] ran out. They hired me back over here so I guess they like me.

I figured if I was going to end up mediocre at this point in my life I would go full on mediocrity.

Yeah, granted its an opinion basis.  Nancy's in chicagoland area - inventor of the 2 1/2" stuffed pizza - don't let that snake giordano or lou malnati tell you otherwise, haha.

Seriously though, good quality stuff - There's a few things I'd change, but overall pretty fantastic.
