A sword or a shield?

Once upon a time when I was a little wipper snapper, I studied law.  I remember one of the first things I learned was the law is integrated into society to be used as a shield to protect the helpless.  Time moves forward and society changes quite a bit and these days the law is being used as a sword.  Old ladies spilling cofee on their kooters because the coffee is too hot and winning 80 mil.  On a side note, she was awarded primo numbers and they didn't take into account the depreciating value on her junk.  At any rate back onto subject.

I am beginning to notate that several names appear on the ban section requesting bans time and time again.  I believe these people, much like that old woman and her kooter, are starting to use the rules as a sword rather then a shield to protect themselves.  I hope, NAY I pray, that admins keep in mind some frequent posters.  My father would probably say to these people, "who is the common denominator?"

I am not really keen on shedding light as to who is doing this because I am above all that; however, I am not above telling everybody what his name rhymes with.  Baruch, blood fluke, boock, brueck, chook, dubuque, duke, duque, dziuk, farouk, fluke, fuke, glueck, grand duke, hoock, juke, kook, kueck, leuck, louque, luc, luecke, luick, luke, luque, muecke, nuke, produc, puke, rebuke, souk, steuck, stueck, tuk, wouk.

Since i see myself in the post i must say i posted 3 times ban request, and no one was banned because of me,and i was banned because of other ppl.
He is not talking about you, just some NA guy
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

I interpreted what he said as king of agreeing with my post.  All these people are using the rules as a sword rather then a shield!!!!

I have had people TW me a couple times then run away.  I wonder if in any of these occassions rather then pressing M and instead doing a TK or TW they were waiting with screen shot button in hand.  9/10 people won't even bother providing evidence for mishaps or even posing on ban forums.  Some of these guys I believe take pleasure in getting people banned for something some of them probably started in the first place.

IDK the subject, but a sword and a shield are the 2 sides of the law. When jerks break the rules they must be punished, its called enforcing the law.
