the banner/musician Class was suggested before and its an very good Idea
they could be support Classes who also will cauz more Teamplay
maybe some drums/banners items which Buffs Dmg,Athl,IF,Riding,Exp/Gold for the crowd who follows.
imagine an commander surrounded by a drummer and a Banner carrier
and charging Inf/Cav with Bannercarriers adds lots more depth too Battel and Siege
+its means more Fun and is a perfect and atleast legit, Leecher class
also if u think bout some other Stuff u could relate it too:
1. like the Bat System which is simply/sadly unused in normal Battelmode...if it would give Benefits for using it ,its could improve the general Battel Dynamic instantly!!!!
so u could kinda see it as more depth too gameplay mechanics and buff to Teamplay

1.+2. I like many others here in Forum,generally thought about how u can FORCE some basic Teamplay in cRPG ,for quite a bit now.
The inlack of Teamplay in the Pub Servers is the main Thing crpg should improve because its just drop the Fun most of the time.
A commander Mode or anything which needs too much Dicipline is obvisously the wrong Way too buff Teamplay....
So its gotta be done with some Mechanics which improve it naturally...
there r some Options in the Bat System and also it can be encouraged with passive Rewards(Exp/Gold) and active ingame Rewards( buffed Stats)
Bats should be improved and Commanders/Bannercarriers/musicians + some Rewards can do this realtiv simpel and so almost create a new Battel/Siege mode....
If u add these things too the Bats it will cauze that they gonna be naturally used while not touching the Game for peeps who just not up for it or arent in the mood..
Once they an usuall thing the hole Battel/Siege mode will improve with the Dynamics come along with.(Improved Blob Tactics^^)
3.Basiclly the same like above also its a win for the RPG factor and generall Atmosphere
