HoC_Spliers teamkilled 2 people near the spawn. They were wasting time there for a while before.
I threw a banpoll with reason: "TEAMATTACKING. TEAMKILLING."
The Logs after that: (Red for the insults, green for a tried translation to english).

after that there may follow more insults, I stopped reading and tried to help my team.
The banpoll strangely had ony 42 percent.
So regarding his understanding, you are allowed to TK your teammates for fun IF they are in your own clan. It is okay to kill teammates near the spawn instead of helping your team to get the flag.
This situation took place 6 hours ago, so this banrequest is not due to hate/rage, I calmed down while I slept.
