I bet you most of the player base was lost to being banned. lol Unlike the ones who just gave up, I am just posting my view and it is upsetting some people cause they are the ones who probably played this for awhile like the kids who play counterstrike 1.6 for 10 years.

I think you are mistaking "upsetting" with "not giving a shit." There is no way for an admin to tell who has a new character on the spot, it takes time to dig through the database. Accept your 24 hour ban, give it time, read the rules and understand them.

Now what is your solution to this?

Admins always checking how old a character is before kicking/banning someone, and if the player is new, they are supposed to say "Oh, well, he is new, he can't be expected to read the rules, so I will just pretend that I didn't see how he broke the rules?"

Sorry, if there are new players who log on, break the rules and then GTX, I say it's not loss for our community.

You can kinda tell who is new or who isn't and if someone is spamming tking then its like yea banned him.  But one tk whole time playing.  And if you read the rules before you first played a match.  Then please tell me haha =) I play games for fun.  I was just trying this one out.

Well, Ideally it would be a warning and a kick first, and then a ban if the name seems familiar for a singular TK. Different admins do have different ideas on that though. I can see some of your point.

Well. The admin couldn't know you were a new player. We have players who retire regularly (reset their character), have alternative characters and so on, so a low level doesn't tell you anything.
