Random chance system is bullshizz I just leave games before they end if I know the team is going to lose.

Make it so that each item has a health value (cheap items have lower health than expensive items)

Pay what you use. Its not expensive unless you use heavy gear. Easy.

It doesn't matter if you quit the server before the round ends, the repairs cost are charged anyway in the database at the end of the round if they were needed and you started the round (no matter if you're not anymore on the server), so rage quitting have no use for that ...
