There are two versions available in Russia:
Full european (2400 roubles ~ 62.5 euro), available at May 15th with all languages except russian. Russian localization will be available at 7th june.
Russian (1000 roubles ~ 26 euro), available at 7th June with only russian language. You can't change localizations in this version.

Lower price is reason of later release date i think.
