Crafting items help please

If you want to craft items like armors and such you go inside a fief and press the craft item buttom and you have to select a item to craft
now to my question i can see some of my gear in there but if i want to craft something else how can i do that?
i mean even if i sell some of the equipment in crpg its still there in strategus so if anyone can tell me how you change it or maybe you cant

How it is ATM:

-"All thy hard work..." (chadzText) is totally random
-chadztext can come at any time and gives you +3 craftingskill in alll the items your wearing
-chadztext gives a -1 craftingskill in craftingskills of items your NOT wearing

Bjarky if i am a rider and if after i get dehorse chadz text appear, will i still get craft skill for horse?

only by start wearing different gear and hoping for the chadz text to come again.
also it only appears on following server modes: duel, battle and siege.

Also, as you can see, after you have above 99 skill crafting skill show as 99 but is decreased from correct skill (so i had 105 in Italian Swords, now i have 104 but still show as 99). Will see if i am right, but looks like i am.

Looks like i was right, i had 102 in heraldics and 104 in italians and now after chadztext they are reversed (103 italian 105 heraldic).
