Wrong Repair fee charged on me(not sure)

I don;t know why but last game, that game charged me a repair fee for sword of war, but i don;t have that item.
maybe it's wrong charge.....

I think i got that item on field during battle, but it wasn;t mine...

Is it bug?

Weapons that are picked up are also counted in the equation of charging upkeep. No matter if you dropped it or don't own it.

If you pick up a weapon on the battlefield and you don't drop it at the end of the round, you'll have a chance to repair it on the next round. Repair is for all things you hold/wear at start of round, including picked up weapons from previous rounds. Because of this a lot of ppl drop all stuff at the end of the round.
