been there, done that, but it will still remain the same for everyone else and everybody else still won't be wearing these in game because they just look wrong with every armor that a historical knight would wear with these helmets! I am not the only person who finds this annoying, in fact you have also commented on their darkness

Not only are they too dark, they are also HUGE. Every single one except the Gotland are ridiculous globes, and even the Gotland is slightly too large.

Surely if enough people see this as a problem it is better to just change them rather then having lots of people editing the textures themselves, I'm just trying to help and to see if others feel the same so we can get this finally changed for the better!

I think the poll is speaking for itself and should be something the devs implement in the next patch.

Saying that, nearly 100 +1 votes on Lederhose and still no add...so i may be mistaken.

I think someone said it in a dif thread: priority number one for devs - rain and dark 75% of time.

I did upload them back in february, http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,25862.msg375136.html#msg375136, although the file has now been removed. whilst a few people probably used them, in my opinion its not really a viable solution, if the high majority (91%+ so far) of people would prefer these lighter wouldn't you agree it would be easier for everybody if they would just be made lighter?
