Deletion of Character failed

My Friend has a little problem with the Mod..
He tryed to delete his character to create a new one 
unfortunately it doesnt worked and now he cant create a new one and cant log in with his old char to repeat the deletion process
he get the message that the password is wrong

can somebody tell me what to do or can delete his character for him?
The character name is "Wyvern"

okay guys.. to make it a bit easyer:
Imagine you create a character and forget your password
unfortunately you didnt give out an email adress

what is to do now to delete the character OR to get back you pw?

Just make another char.

You CAN have more than one character at a time by the way.

1. make other char from game running with same cd-key as first char.
2. login to c-rpg site with second char
3. next to "delete your password, so you can set new one." check box saying "if you tick this, you reset the password of all your chars, not only this one."
4. press "delete your password, so you can set new one."

now all chars that are made and played with your cdkey (thats way c-rpg handles chars.) will have deleted passwords, chars themselves are allright. just log like you logged first time and game will set password to whatever you typed. now you can continue having those 2 (or more) chars and play them or you can go on and use delete totally option to delete those completely, freeing name of char to be used by others too.

okayyyy... the last time we tryed to create a second char we just got a char with no clothes/weapons or skills ^^
now it works
