how to retire in new verison

I have just reach the required experience level to retire but i cant retire if i go in retirement menu. I can enter in the menu but i cant do anything.
Do i do something wrong, because it s the 6 time i retire but i cant now.

Experience:8,742,490
Level up in:-6,647
Next level:8,735,843

Seems like it didn't recognize that you leveled up. Enter a battle or siege server and wait until you get another tick.

make sure you are not IN GAME

then try retire again.
