Mamluk cav build suggestion?

Will be having lordly mamluk mail , champion mamluk horse , mw heavy lance .
Is this an viable build or any other suggestion , I'm intending on being on horse all the time.

Have fun facing the nerf to heavy horses, you will find it ridiculous that your horse can die in 1 -2 hit :O

Edit: it doesn't happen all the time but it does happen sometimes and it will make lots of heavy horse user rage

I wont get hit by melee that often , got good awereness and as a nice lancer most 2handers wont get me:)

Since you're Riding a mamluk i would go STR, but youre build is viable.

You're not gonna need WM if you are going to stay on the horse all the time but ofc youre gonna have to choose either 1h or pole.

id suggest 21/15 strenght build. but the same  build you would use as regular light cav, you should use as heavy cav.
Tale note though that heavy horses have been quite nerfed, and altough you can still survive descent ammount of arrows, headshots would make your horse die in just 2-3 hits.
Your horse will die more quickly from from melee hits then before, so no longer can you walk away once being stoped in melee clusterfuck.

plus the repairs are extremy high (4k gold) and occur often, so be sure you have some cushon money saved up, cause you will loose your gold quickly.

It will increase your chance to get away / ride faster and bump alot harder

You'll get lots of bump kills with that much riding and a champ mamluk. Probably not so many lance kills.

After 16 generations as cav, i keep coming back to 18 / 18 myself.

Also, i strongly recommend NOT neglecting Athletics. Horses die, but often you can still put up a decent fight on foot or until you manage to whistle a free horse. Add to that the fact that many maps (like Nord Town) are simply not viable as cav.
So not maxing out athletics as a cav seems silly to me.

Super effective on OR off horse.

Either maximize athletics or don't put any points in it at all.
I would go for 15/21 7 athletics or 24/15 0 athletics 2 wm.

I'm epic, also after 4 gens of 39/3 build Im used to fighting with low ath . The thing is just an suggestion build for now , but I can promise you I wont let my horse die that often
