I wont go for 24 agi...compared to a balanced or str build it's way harder/frustrating to play and won't forgive any mistakes due to less hp/dmg, altough it's fun to outrun people with 8 ath... .

Less HP/Dmg well if you can block well, its no deal. (especially when my blocking is fine ;) )
Yea you are alot faster, and alot more spammy thats another thing i really love to have.

Weapon-wise, I like the GLA.

1 cut, 2 range, 0.3 weight is better than 1 speed in my opinion.

I love 18/21, I can outspam everyone and still outmaneuver, 7 ath and 7 wm is beast. And I've had a +3 version of both axes and I prefer the Long War Axe, the speed is nice, especially if you like spam. I can literally outspam everyonnneeee. And the stun is ridiculous. And I 1-3 shot almost all shields. So top one, definitely.
