You cant break it with a cutting non-shield-breaker weapon??? OMFG really???
Look at its stats again: It has 62 body armor. What this means is that your hits will probably not do much damage.
And thats the point of a steel shield.
Two extremes in shields:
Metal shields: low HP, high armor, weak against shieldbreakers, good against other (well, except mauls)
Big wooden shields: high HP, low armor, decent against shieldbreakers and against non-sb.

You annoyed by shields that dont break? Really? Well, there is a thing, the guy has spent at least 5 shield skill (probably 7/8 for this shield to be worth it), making him only be able to use a tiny 1her, losing a lot of reach and getting an autoblock that, guess what, breaks after a while!
The bucklers have their place as low weight not too bad shields that are used mainly by agi builds, since they are pretty much useless with low shield skill.
Also, if youre annoyed by shields, get a shieldbreaker or a maul! They work wonders

I agree that it is unrealistic that a buckler can be used to block arrows as it does, but irl the person would have the possibility of moving it with much more freedom than ingame, and no need to move its whole body to block...

3) If you cant see it will probably be again because of the agi build and the fast swings, maybe there is lag, maybe you just dont see it and can block in time, but I find it actually easier to read, since itdoesnt move much faster than the big shields, and slower than elite cav and similar ones

This shield doesn't really block arrows unless the guy has high shield skill or the archer shoots him in the shield. The shield also can't blocks from the sides like you can with a manual block, and breaks in 1-2 shield breaker hits. I don't see how you have difficulty determining if the guy is attacking or blocking, if the left hand is down by his side, it's a block, during an attack, the right arm would be raised [except in a stab]. I like it because it allows me to be aggressive and fight multiple people without slowing me down too much, but for protection, it's not nearly as good as other shields.
