German greatsword build

Now that I possess a master worked version of this beautiful weapon I was wondering which build I should go for.
Previously I have always played with a polearm but I wanted to try something else and I'm loving 2 handers.
So the minimum power strike I want is 8 so I'm considering 24/18 24/15 27/15 or 30/9.
Considering my main attack will be the wtflolstab combined with a very jump spinny playstyle (not the best blocker or chamberer but good footwork) which build would the knowledgable forum dwellers recommend.

Go for more athletics, for the sake of speed bonus. 21/18 or 18/21 will do you good.

I already have the 24 strength the reason I won't go lower is I almost exclusively play siege mode so being really fast isn't quite as important as being slightly more hardy.
Will a 24 18 build be viable?

For 33, yes. For 30, no. German is not a good sword for sieges by the way.

What makes you say that? I have found the non mw version excellent for me as I don't get it stuck on walls as I can use the lolstab or swift overhead compared to my previous weapon the great long axe.
I like to use the stab a lot as I mentioned so it's really whether 24/18 or 27/15 will be the best approach

If you play siege, go for the higher STR.

I will try the 27 15 build I think which was my previous build I used with my polearm seems pretty balanced for siege.
If you were to recommend a 2 handed sword for siege which would it be?
Personally I'm looking for a normal greatsword as it will be better for me in tighter situations due to being slightly shorter.

Yeah a Greatsword would do you better. Also, you can try axes or mauls. Or the bar mace. But I see you're a fan of thrust attacks. So maybe you better stick with german, and use it in pole mode from time to time. Which is still viable with 1 wpf in poles, considering it's thrust damage increases and has a polestun.

Pole mode also gives it shorter range due to animations. Removes overhead however. If I remember correctly...it raises stats to 33p and 26-27 cut?

The reason I'm such a fan of the 2 hand thrust is the animation and how I can disguise it well in crowded areas.
Also it is very useful when climbing ladders as it catches people of guard.

I will try 27/15 but I have a feeling I may end up going 24/18 next gen as athletics does seem to help with thrust attacks
