Skrubbin is in my clan and highly respected player.  I'm not sure if he gets on forums or not and I am at work.  I have NEVER seen him intentionally TK anybody.  He is always super calm and relaxed and never even rages and SELDOM even talks in game chat.  I would be SURPRISINGLY shocked if this truly was an intentional TK.  I would put my reputation on the line and say it was a mistake of sorts.

From an unbiased standpoint, I can say that him doing this wouldn't surprise me. If you look at OP's snapshot, the round had just begun, so it's nearly impossible it was a mistake of sorts. Think about it; there's no enemies around, it'd take multiple hits to kill OP, and Skrubbin has played long enough to not make this kind of mistake.

Also, that's 4 hits in less than 6 seconds in that screenshot. I hardly would say 4 hits is accidental. I mean honestly, even if you think it's a banner glitch, the dude's in your spawn, obviously not fighting other teammates or trying to block against you...that's a blatant TK.

I'd like to request a ban as well for skrubbin, different incident. I'd say it speaks for his character in this ban incident as well though. Was blocking the ladder on the siege for atleast 2 rounds, and he tw'd the crap out of me.

I recently banned Skrubbin (half-hour) for intentionally teamkilling a player who he'd seen teamkill.  I'd like him to comment on the alleged incidents before any admin decides anything.  If he doesn't comment by later tonight we'll decide based on the evidence posted here.

Incorrect, the rounds do not last a mere two minutes. It's not even clear whether or not he had just joined the server, let alone had just spawned. The screenshot shows someone being teamkilled in spawn, that's it. No, that does not mean I am condoning teamkilling, it simply means that without knowing all of the facts, it would be wrong to issue a ban.


What was the exact date of this incident and, if possible an approximation of the time of the occurrence so that this can be looked into.

this happened at 9.50 pm roughly on the 26 of April   ( timezone  -6 )
skrubbin has seen the post and commented on my bad graphic's he had no way of defending him self for his actions, hes been banned more then 10 times for TW in the pass

I checked the logs. Due to you entirely lying about the situation with having just joined the server (The logs of you go back several minutes), not to mention the fact that you team wounded him multiple times, as well as others, no action will be taken. No, he should not have revenge tked you, but lying or withholding information to get someone banned will absolutely not be tolerated.
