Dunno if it's in next patch but there will be many weapons tweaks/nerf/boosts and getting some insight would be great when it's near to launch since no patch logs are made when patch comes.

I was still figuring out what things had changed since last patch, like underlying.  Wiki is terrific - like terrific fail.  How are we supposed to add to it if we don't know anything?  I'm not trolling I'm just stating cold hard facts - like a boss.  One of my favorite changes was what Walt figured out with the agi not adding any bonus past opening up skills.

The incoming patch is a lie, I bet it will be months till we get it.

The incoming patch is mainly for Strategus, but there will be ofc some tweak and change on weapons stats (example remove crushthrough on barmace), may be new weapons (crusader sword?) and new armors (samurai), and normaly there will be new game modes.

This is what i gathered in the forum, not certified info.

Btw, there will be no changelog as always (it's not a problem for me, i don't care uber-build, i just want to play and have fun).
Tbh, i wait the patch only for Strategus.

I've been told that the new patch will implement a new class, which is only 1 slot per team, consisting in a spell caster, whom eyes cast out lightning bolts and farts homing flaming arrows in every direction, but then again, it's just superstition.

In more serious issues, still dunno if the Iron Sights will be implemented on crossbows, or if the new samurai textures and new Russian armors will be implemented, but a barmace nerf (and perhaps Side Sword) is likely to be implemented, from what I've managed to gather "around".

But then again, I could be just be trollin' around a bit once more.

Cheers.

a good patch would be:
tweak throwing
remove crushthrough barmace and long iron mace
add Narf's rus armor pack

Here's a very general and broad definition: it's like the single player campaign, except all the soldiers that fight are players and the factions are all player created.

The specific mechanics differ, and everyone who isn't a developer doesn't really know what's in store for the next version of Strategus, except that they'll purportedly be introducing an economic and trade system along with raiding.

And, yes, it's down. It's been frozen since the last patch, presumably to prevent any changes until the next version of Strategus is out.

So in start there aren't bot player controlled armies as well? That was part of my limited understanding.  I tried logging into the last tsrat once and couldn't figure it out tbh.
