Huge FrameRate Loss since new patches

So why was it before i could run Crpg on ultra high(whatever the highest stats were) and i never had a bit of a problem, yet now, i have to run it on dx7 with the lowest settings.  Im not exactly sure what you have done to Crpg exclusively to code it to work with the new patch but i cant run it.

Just to further my point, i went on in to native, started up a quick match on a castle and added 400 bots to the mix, and other then the initial start match lag i could run that perfectly fine.

Also my PC is way above the specs that should ever be needed for this game.

Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 580
Ram: 16GB
Processor: i7 2820QM

PROBLEM SOLVED!

FOR LAPTOP USERS ONLY, OR USERS WITH MULTIPLE CARDS

if your experiencing a problem check and make sure your graphics card is actually being used, what had happened was the launcher changed the program to use the integrated card onboard, instead of my GTX580.

to remedy this i had opened up the control panel for my graphics card(Nvidia) and creat a new program setting for mb_warband_old.exe and tell it to utilize my gfx card.

Maybe a silly question, but you're not running a 32 bit operating system are you?

You can, but it will only use about 4gb.  That combined with you having a 64bit processor would lead me to assume you're running a 64bit operating system, but thought I'd ask anyways.  I know running 32bit OS on a 64bit processor will make some apps run wonky (including warband).

I did not update to warband 1.150 or 1.151 and I am actually experiencing better performances than before the latest cRPG patch batch.

After updating Warband from 1.143 to 1.151 game feels a bit more smooth, but I have game freezes from time to time. Not much of a difference to be honest, but overall performance seems to be better.

Same here: I have a great computer (120 fps almost constantly), usually around 40 ping. Haven't played in a week, come back on the weekend and my former smooth gameplay is turned into wading through molasses.

It sometimes takes half a second for people to die and show the death text after I lanced them. Melee is unplayable for me now, I can't block a single hit. Only cav still works somewhat.

Any ideas? This can't just be related to the patch, can it?
For while the fire in the heart of a single Remnant still burns... can Stratia truly have fallen?

I find that things get worse the more people are on the server, as you might expect. A small, 10 a side battle on EU5 seems problem free, but when EU1 is full, my character does random things baring no relation to mouse movement and gets lag spikes a lot.

I've had no problems, runs always above 90fps and I play on max settings with like 30 ragdolls and 150 bodies.  8gb ram i5 radeon 6800... so you probably have force vertical sync, anti-aliasing, and force single threading on the wrong settings.  (they should be off, off, on)

cRPG is working with computer companies to get us to buy better parts. MOD'S DEADZ0RZ

Anyways, I've noticed the same thing. I remember being able to run cRPG very high in old cRPG, but now...
