There is no evidence of wrongdoing, and that comment alone would hardly constitute a ban. This forum is not for getting players you dont like banned, its for actual rule breakers.
If he is constantly harrasing you, report it to ingame admins with I chat. If none are on please take screenshots and post them here.
Edit also: if you were on the defense raising the gate, he was well within the rules of polling to try and ban poll you.
