i want to throw an ashwood pike with my hoplite alt i support this thread. and all thrown wpns must be collectible from bodies. they cant be damaged bc of hitting some1.

Whether or not you could recover thrown weapons is up for debate. I'm sure people would be upset if there was too much access to ammunition.

Well, the requirements are in place so that way not everybody is chucking spears around like retarded chimps flinging their feces.

It was bad before the slot system when you could have 15 Jarids and a big german greatsword in your back pocket. The steep requirements are in place so not everyone is carrying them as a side arm.

If you make something throw-able it will always spawn set as throwing. So a lot of people would be throwing their spears away absentmindedly.

I do dislike how many of the throwing weapons change size after you throw them. Make the throwing weapons the right size, no reason for them having two different textures/models.

I thought that might be the case, I've been hit by things I just assumed were throwing lances because they seemed pretty long but I doubt everyone is throwing lances at me

Yes and I'm sure we'd love flamberges whirling end over end into our foes as well but I will settle for spears. Anyone have some more helpful input?
