Maybe we need rule like: If your ban request is not valid you get baned...

I'm sure this will lower amount of ppl crying in ban section and it will for sure lower amount of business for admins
Half of bans are like: this guy told me i'm retard, my old friend, bla bla...  who gives a shit man?

This would make ban requester think twice before posting something stupid...
