How to get the glaive

I am wanting a good polearm that can be used on horseback and foot, can anyone tell me what is the best pole arm (been told the glaive) and how to unlock the glaive, do i need good strength, agility etc.
That would be great my current stats are:

Strength   12   
Agility   10   

One Handed   1   
Two Handed   81   
Polearm   84   
Archery   1   
Crossbow   1   
Throwing   1   

Iron Flesh    4   
Power Strike   4   
Shield   0   
Athletics   2   
Riding   3   
Horse Archery   0   
Power Draw   0   
Power Throw   0   
Weapon Master   3

Can you tell me what i need to improve on in order to unlock it, thanks.

I suggest you to respec your character and start to build it to like this.

If you want to do a 2h polearm cav hybrid it would probably be best to do an

18-21 build so you can get the 7 weapon master put 130 into 2h and keep the 120 for polearm and use a lance on horseback. But you put too many points into Ironflesh for either of he builds suggested so a respec will be needed unless you intend to just grind through that build and retire into another one.
