Banning is not based on a person's past, other wise we get something called a Bad egg syndrome, where admins can look at someone and go, shit that guy has done something in the past. Lets ban him for an accident. I know in your case there is the chance it was on purpose, but you dont havea screenshot or proof, nor did anyone else comment but me. I wasnt even there, the point of the TFO server is to keep the bans light, and fun. This is not ATS where one false step and you are on the list of "kids" and are watched.

I give as good as I get, people with soft skin shouldn't hit [Enter] and it wouldn't be an issue. It's alright though, I'm used to being "the bad guy" for enjoying myself on video games. The issue is more people being ridiculously overly sensitive as opposed to me being overly abrasive -- sometimes it honestly feels like I'm playing on a LAN with a nursing home, jesus christ.

Ok so he definitely doesnt just TK. He obviously is known for being a loudmouth, an asshole, and a skilled player.  Thats not new news but there is nothing reasonable which to ban him for.  I can't say he is my favorite player by any means but there plenty more people that act like douchebags and are receiving no bans for it.  If you want to ban people for being mouthy I would suggest that we push that out to players before they play the game in the MOTD box.
