oh shit frank you lift? You do power lifting? Those goals are crazy impressive for most people -- what body weight are you looking at doing those?
I do a lot of lifting and know all about power lifting -- even though I do it only for conditioning in the winter and general strength/health. Since I predominantly am a swimmer (freediving is the best thing ever) and hike/climb, I go for low body weight - high power ratios. We all have our different goals ^_^.
my goals: hold breath for 5 minutes, be able to dive to 100 feet (~30 meters) deep on a breath of air while staying down at that depth for a minute, be able to do muscle ups (so hard to get the transition), and start balancing my handstand pushups out.
